Our guarantee covers every Mr. Cartridge toner cartridge against defects for a period of two years and every ink cartridge for a period of 60 days..

 

Each Mr. Cartrirdge toner cartridge has been remanufactured or assembled according to the most stringent quality control standards to ensure performance that is equal or superior to the original.

We will replace or reimburse any defective cartridge, provided that the cartridge has not been altered in any way.

We also guarantee that Mr. Cartrirfge cartridges will not damage a laser printer, fax or photocopier.

 

Should this occur, we will repair the machine free of charge including any parts needed.

 

Or if another company performs repairs, we will reimburse the client with reasonabfe proof of the cartridge's defect, and acceptable substantiation (letter and/or invoice on letterhead) from the firm hired to service the unit.
